1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to kiduna.ai, including the public pages and early-access request form operated by Kinship Duna, a West Virginia organization (Org ID 628407), which we refer to as “Kiduna,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
It does not yet govern future Kiduna applications, Realms, member accounts, or services that have their own privacy notices. It also does not control third-party sites linked from Kiduna.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request early access, we collect your name, email address, the note you submit, and—if you choose to provide it—who or what referred you. If you email us, we receive the contents of that communication and the information associated with it.
Technical information
Our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security events. We use this information to deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the site.
Cookies and similar technologies
Kiduna does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for targeted advertising. Essential infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies when necessary to deliver and protect the site.
3. How we use information
- Review and respond to early-access requests.
- Send the confirmation and follow-up communications you requested.
- Understand interest in Kiduna and improve our work and communications.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and other harmful activity.
- Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Kiduna and others.
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use early-access submissions to advertise third-party products.
5. Retention and security
We keep early-access information while it remains useful for evaluating requests, communicating with you, preparing access, maintaining appropriate records, or meeting legal obligations. We delete or de-identify it when it is no longer reasonably needed. Operational and security logs are retained according to our providers’ settings and our legitimate operational needs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or withdraw your request to receive early-access communications, by emailing hello@kiduna.ai. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information when required by law, needed for security, or necessary to document the request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.
7. Children’s privacy
The current Kiduna website and early-access form are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
8. International processing
Kiduna and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. We use information as described in this policy and apply appropriate protections where required.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as Kiduna and the website evolve. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. If a change materially alters how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required.
10. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hello@kiduna.ai.
