THE BUSINESS

Four distinct entities. One living system.

The technology. The public good. The implementation. The network.

Kiduna brings these purposes together through four primary entities, each with a distinct role.

REAL ORGANIZATIONS. REAL OPPORTUNITIES.

Meaningful work. Shared prosperity.

DUNAs aren't platforms that extract value from their users. They're enduring, member-governed enterprises where people can build careers, create substantial economic value, and share meaningfully in what they produce.

We're looking for people who want to do work that matters—and be rewarded for it. Members contribute their talents, earn fair compensation, govern shared resources, and help determine the future of their organizations.

Dignity in the work. Authority in the decisions. A meaningful share in the value we create together.

EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO BRING

Different contributions. Equal standing. Collective power.

Changing the world takes all kinds. Some people start things. Others create, build, organize, guide, or provide the resources to make things possible.

Six complementary roles give everyone a way to contribute, while Ki and intelligent Allies coordinate the work—turning individual strengths into collective capacity.

Catalyst

Starts initiatives, inspires action, and brings the right people together.

Mage

Stewards membership, permissions, and the environment for collaboration.

Creator

Creates the stories, experiences, knowledge, and materials that bring ideas to life.

Builder

Develops the agents, tools, and systems that make things work.

Luminary

Brings expertise, insight, perspective, and informed judgment.

Sponsor

Contributes funding, resources, relationships, and support.

Roles describe what you contribute. Permissions define your authority. Membership gives you a voice in the enterprise.

THE STRUCTURE BEHIND THE SYSTEM

Four entities. Distinct responsibilities. Shared purpose.

Kiduna's technology, charitable work, implementation services, and membership network are supported by four complementary entities. Each has a specific responsibility. Together, they provide the infrastructure for independent DUNAs and their members to organize, build, earn, and grow.

01 / Delaware C corporation

Kiduna Club

Build the technology.

Kiduna Club owns and manages the intellectual property behind Kiduna, including licensing and patents. It handles business deals, directs the product roadmap, hires engineers, and operates the systems.

The core technology work lives here: building, maintaining, and advancing the products and infrastructure that make Kiduna possible.

02 / 501(c)(3) public charity

Kinship Intelligence Institute

Support the public good.

The Institute’s primary purpose is fiscal sponsorship for DUNAs operating in the public good.

It provides a charitable home for public-good work, supporting DUNAs whose missions serve communities and shared needs.

03 / Wyoming limited liability company

Kinship Systems, LLC

Make it work in the world.

Kinship Systems delivers integration, customization, and forward-deployed engineering.

It works alongside organizations to connect Kiduna to their existing systems, adapt it to their needs, and turn capabilities into working solutions.

04 / West Virginia DUNA · Membership organization

The Big Kiduna

Bring the network to life.

The Big Kiduna is the operating system and network out on the internet—the living system of Kiduna.

As a membership organization, it is where people and their DUNAs connect, participate, and work together across the network.

HOW IT COMES TOGETHER

Build it. Apply it.
Bring it to life.

Kiduna Club builds and operates the technology. Kinship Intelligence Institute supports DUNAs working in the public good through fiscal sponsorship. Kinship Systems brings integration and engineering into organizations. The Big Kiduna is the living membership network where participation and collective action take shape.
