Work in Progress

Four Bold Realms,a Whole New World.

We’re laying the groundwork with four radically different Realms: an online world where poker, fantasy, and strategy collide; a collaborative engine for creating, building, and organizing powerful projects, organizations, and systems; a home for insurgent movements ready to challenge power and change the world; and an AI-mediated, peer-to-peer learning network where anyone can teach, anyone can learn, and shared expertise compounds into collective intelligence.

Each opens a new way to play, build, learn, connect, and act in concert with others.

Realm 01 · Game · In Development

Royals & Rogues

Poker, fantasy, and strategy collide in a game of risk, power, allegiance, and survival.

No-Limit Hold’em is the familiar center. Around it, Powers, Courts, dangerous Items, and shifting table states turn every hand into a contest over far more than the cards.

The game underneath the world

Hold’em, with more ways to hold power.

Each hand begins with three hole cards. Antes replace the usual small and big blinds. The object remains beautifully simple: win every coin on the table. What changes is how players build leverage.

Power Cards intervene at defined timing windows. Items create durable advantages and dangerous bargains. Heating Up unlocks Fire Cards; Tilt narrows what a player can do until they recover. The result is recognizably poker, but never merely poker.

Sixteen playable identities

Choose how you play. Then choose what drives you.

Every player combines a Class—their approach to the table—with a Court, the source of their power. Four Classes crossed with four Courts create sixteen deck identities before the first card is dealt.

Adaptive · Midrange

Merchant

Build resources, trade Items, and convert patient advantage into explosive turns.

Tight · Control

Noble

Protect the stack, shape the table, and turn social leverage into control.

Tight · Aggressive

Rogue

Steal tempo, manipulate the deck, and spring sharp reversals.

Loose · Aggressive

Warrior

Force the pace, break board certainty, and attack the stack.

Built as software

A card is an entrance, not a container.

The image stays clear and immediate. Card text, strategy, beginner guidance, and source material appear only when a player asks for them. The world can be richly explained without burying the game beneath interface.

Realm 02 · Collaborative Work · In Development

The Apiary

A collaborative environment for turning ambitious ideas into powerful projects, organizations, and working systems.

Work, made visible

The project is a living place—not a list of tickets.

The Apiary turns collective work into a honeycomb you can read at a glance. Cells show the maturity of the work. Sigil-bearing bees make active tasks visible as distinct Entities moving through the Scene. Select one and its purpose, state, owner, dependencies, history, and next Actions open in a precise Overlay.

The first version is being shaped to replace conventional task boards for Kiduna’s own team. The larger idea is a reusable environment for software, design, research, operations, physical projects, and any other work a group needs to carry from possibility to completion.

Less project-management theater

Describe the work. Let the system organize it with you.

A Source explains the need to Ki. Ki structures the task, recommends a category and suitable contributors, and prepares an assignment for review. Once approved, the bee appears in the Scene. The task can then report its own status through a task Actor, while personal Allies mediate communication according to each Source’s authority, preferences, and consent.

Realm 03 · Civic Action · First Draft

Civic Fury

A home for insurgent movements organizing to challenge entrenched power and change the world.

Not another feed.
Not another petition list.
An operating world for people who intend to win change.

Civic Fury begins where outrage usually disperses: after people see what is wrong and before they know how to act together. It helps a movement understand the terrain, find one another, build shared capacity, choose legitimate strategy, coordinate action, govern resources, and learn fast enough to keep moving.

Sources keep their agency. Ki and personal Allies carry context, mediate communication, and reduce the pressure to remain trapped in fixed channels or relationships. Gatherings can form quickly around an event; longer-lived Cells can hold continuing work; Forums can deliberate; and shared Records preserve why decisions were made.

01

See the terrain

Map the issue, the people affected, the institutions involved, existing efforts, leverage points, risks, and unanswered questions.

02

Gather with agency

Bring people together around a Purpose without forcing immediate hierarchy, permanent membership, or unmediated access to one another.

03

Organize power

Turn concern into Activities, Commitments, Offers, permissions, Resources, and coordinated Actions that people can understand and govern.

04

Act in the world

Coordinate campaigns, public events, research, mutual aid, communications, pressure, and other lawful tactics across digital and physical settings.

05

Learn and renew

Observe effects, preserve Records, recognize contribution, revise strategy, and help the movement become more capable after every cycle.

A movement can hold

Strategy without central command.
Coordination without surrendering agency.

  • Gatherings, Cells, relationships, and pathways
  • Campaigns, action plans, and commitments
  • Authority, permissions, consent, and governance

Realm 04 · Peer Learning · First Draft

Dunaversity

An AI-mediated, peer-to-peer learning world where shared expertise compounds into collective intelligence.

A joyful learning landscape where people exchange ideas and knowledge

What if learning were not a pipeline from the people who know to the people who do not?

Everyone arrives knowing something. Everyone leaves able to give more.

Dunaversity is not primarily a course catalog. It is a living network of questions, experience, practice, Media, and relationships. A Source can arrive with a problem, a curiosity, a skill to share, or work they want to make possible. Ki helps identify the people, Allies, Actors, Resources, and pathways that can move the learning forward.

01

Bring a question

Start with what you are trying to understand, do, teach, or become capable of doing.

02

Find a pathway

Ki connects prior knowledge, useful Media, relevant experience, and people who may be able to help.

03

Learn together

Meet in Gatherings, work through Scenes, talk through Allies, and combine explanation with real practice.

04

Make something

Demonstrate understanding through useful work, contribution, teaching, performance, or a new shared Resource.

05

Return it

Preserve provenance, recognize contribution, and let new knowledge strengthen the next person’s path.

Peer to peer

Teaching and learning change hands.

The person explaining in one moment can be the person asking in the next. Expertise becomes a relationship, not a permanent rank.

AI mediated

Intelligence supports the exchange.

Ki, Allies, and specialized Actors can translate, synthesize, adapt, remember, and suggest—without replacing the people whose experience gives the learning meaning.

Collectively intelligent

What one person learns can strengthen everyone.

With permission and provenance, useful explanations, practices, and results become shared Resources instead of disappearing at the end of a conversation.

Four beginnings

Different worlds.
One expanding ecosystem.

These Realm concepts are still being shaped. Their visual languages, rules, Scenes, relationships, and systems will continue to evolve from within.
